How to order:

You can buy in 6 simple steps:

1- Choose item

- Click on the item chosen, select quantity, size and colour

- You can check availability by clicking on "Availability Chart"

- On the right click on "Add to shopping cart"

2- Confirm/Modify choice:

- You will be directed to the "Shopping cart".

There you can choose method of shipment by choosing your ZONE, if the order is less than Euro 120,00 you have two choices ( registered air mail or UPS ) for cost click here.

- To add other items repeat step 1

- To eliminate an item click on "Delete" next to the item

- To change the quantity ordered, select quantity, then click on "Update"

- Choose payment by credit card.

- When finished click on "Check Out"

3- Address

Here fill in all the necessary information. Please control country choice.

- When finished click on "Continue"

4- Methods

Here you can confirm the shipping method and write some notes.

- When finished click on "Continue"

5- Review

If all is correct click on "Order"

 

6- Confirmation and Payment

You will find your order number than click on "Pay now" you will be connected to the directly to the bank secure server for payment procedure.

- Send the gloves by registered air mail, don't send the gloves by Federal Express, DHL, UPS or similar.

Defective merchandise no commercial value

- Don't include any copies of the invoice or receipts, just a note stating the problem, your name address, fax or email.

REFUND:

Purchases made from Madova by Internet are subject to the condition D.Lgs n.185 May 22 1999, the legislative decree which regulates the right to return merchandise. Merchandise must be returned to the retailer within 10 (ten) days of receipts. A customer who wishes to exercise this right must use the "RETURN PROCEDURE"

Mailing expenses for the return of merchandise must be paid by customers.
The merchandise must be returned in good condition and MUST NOT BE USED
Within 30 days of receiving the merchandise in question ( if it is in good condition and not used) Madova  will credit the cost of merchandise to the customer's credit card.
 
In alternative we can give you a credit for future order. Anyway we suggest you to contact us before any
choose.

For more information, we suggest you contact your local customs office. When UPS deliver the merchandise they ask for the custom's payment immediately. They need an adult to sign for package

Write outside the package: DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE NO COMMERCIAL VALUE Don't include the invoice, just your name address and the order number. Mailing expenses for the return of merchandise must be paid by customers.
